Suggestion To Apple CEO: “Harimau Malaya” As Codename For Mac OS X v10.8

The idea was coming up last week when I was having a teh tarik session with Fenris, ded1, & Pak Aq. When we were chit-chat about Mac OS X (well, they are g33k, aren’t they?), I suddenly remembered that all of the Mac OS X codenames are from tiger (ok, technically big cat) family. And as a Malaysian football fan, the name of “Harimau Malaya” came to my mind. Yeah, why not? ehehe. I asked Sumardi to forward my suggestion to Apple but he wanted Malaysia to qualify for 2014 World Cup and only after that he will make a suggestion to Apple.

I can’t wait, so for the sake of Malaysian football, I wrote an email to Steve Jobs:

"Harimau Malaya" As Codename For Mac OS X v10.8

Email to Apple CEO: "Harimau Malaya" As Codename For Mac OS X v10.8

Yes, I wrote an email to Apple CEO, requesting Steve Jobs to consider “Harimau Malaya” as the codename for Mac OS X v10.8. I hope he will consider that, fingers crossed :)

/* if you found this is lame, I don’t give a damn */
