‘The Scope International ICT Competition 2007′ is a nationwide competition inviting University Students and working ICT Professionals to submit their proposed business/ICT related innovative ideas in a form of a written business proposal (not exceeding 1500 words) in Microsoft word format. The initial submission of entries should be written and formatted in line with the competition’s guidelines and to be categorised into the following sections and sub-headers as stipulated in the submission criteria.
In order to enter this competition, you must send the proposal by using MS-Word format (I guess the mindset of Malaysian is still conquered by Microsoft). Should someone (OpenMalaysia guys perhaps) ask the organizer to allow the participants to use OpenDocument format for the sake of openness?
